Club Staff Training on Mental Health, Player Care, and Player Welfare has garnered significant attention in recent years, with high expectations placed on club staff.
Clubs face a challenging situation wherein they struggle but are hesitant to show it due to the fear of being decategorized and receiving negative PR. This fear often leads to the system (staff/club) entering a survival state, neglecting the needs of their players.
Kevin provides training for staff in the following areas:
Cultural Strategy: Establishing a cultural strategy that serves as a clear guide for both staff and players, promoting the benefits of a person-centered approach while addressing the stresses of football.
Pre-Aftercare: Traditionally, aftercare has been considered only when a player's contract ends. Kevin's experience and research indicate that the aftercare solution should begin from the moment players enter the building. Pre-Aftercare involves cultivating a strategic culture that maintains a separate and healthy relationship between the individual and the player persona, thus limiting identity issues upon release or retirement.
In addition to these, Kevin provides training in Staff Training Wellbeing and Staff Training Performance.
