Kevin George is the Clinical Lead and Founder at Sense and Soccology, a non-profit organization. In the earlier phase of his professional journey, Kevin pursued a career as a professional footballer with West Ham United FC and Charlton Athletic FC. Subsequently, he underwent extensive training as a Clinical Therapist and ventured into various educational roles. These roles included serving as the Director of Active Citizenship and Enterprise at South Quay College (formerly City Gateway), an alternative provision institution, as well as fulfilling the positions of Lead Therapist and Project Manager at the children's mental health charity Place2Be.

Driven by his commitment to providing credible and innovative proactive solutions, Kevin developed The Pulse Method (TPM).

This unique approach seamlessly combines mental health education, emotional literacy and neuro-linguistic programming, ingeniously using individuals' passions and interests to address the challenges faced by clinical therapy.

Kevin's remarkable accomplishments with TPM have opened doors for him to lecture, establish strategic business partnerships, and offer consultancy services across diverse sectors. Including The Institute of Consultants, The Premier League, VF Corporation, Arsenal FC, HMP Wandsworth, and the University of Arts London.

Kevin has been instrumental in delivering TPM (Soccology) within the professional football realm, catering to the Premier League, English Football League, parents, players and coaching staff internationally. These experiences have cemented his status as a distinguished expert in the domains of mental health, child development, and the psychology of performance.

Kevin established the Soccology non-profit, which extends essential services to underserved communities, ensuring that those who lack access to well-funded resources can benefit from accessible and relatable mental health methods.

Kevin's substantial expertise has garnered him invitations to contribute as speaker on global platforms of utmost prominence, including BBC News, RT, Sky News, TRT World, and ITV News. He also features as the Clinical expert in former Premier League legend Rio Ferdinand's Amazon documentary - 'Tipping Point', which earned Sports Documentary of the year. Kevin is also the Clinical expert in former NFL legend Tom Brady's Showtime documentary, 'The World According to Football'. Kevin’s written work has featured on distinguished platforms such as GQ, Sky Sports, and The British Council's international education magazine.

As an accomplished author, Kevin's book, 'Soccology - Inside the Minds of Successful Professionals,' made Amazon's best-seller list. This compelling work delves deep into the psycho-social dimensions of football and features contributions from notable figures, including Tim Payne (KPMG), Professor Jocelyn Faubert (University of Montreal), and 45 professional footballers from around the world and across generations, encompassing luminaries such as Quinton Fortune (Manchester United & South Africa), Fabian Delph (Manchester City & England), Gael Clichy (Arsenal & France), and Willy Caballero (Chelsea & Argentina).

Kevin's current initiatives encompass the development of an innovative tech solution called Sense (formerly Homeo), further exploration into book writing endeavors, and active community development through the Soccology social enterprise.
